composite.jpg - Object: Partial lunar occultation of Jupiter Date: January 26th 2002 Instrument: LX200 10" f/10 Camera: Toucam Pro Exposure: Filters: Comments: I took the LX200 up to Rivington (above Belmont), but of course the clouds rolled in. Despite the clouds and the 30mph wind I left the webcam recording. This composite shows what I managed to capture through the thinner bits of cloud! Though you can't see them on this composite the original frames show the moons of Jupiter (Ganymede, Io, and Europa seen outwards from Juipter) not a bad contrast ratio with the moon!
