Object: | M27 - The Dumbell Nebula | Date: | June 24th 2003 | Instrument: | LX200 10" f/10 + 0.33 FR | Camera: | SXV-H9 (Luminance) Toucam (colour) | Exposure: | L = 9x 90 seconds, Colour = 30x 20 seconds | Filters: | L = Orion Skyglow; Colour = None | Comments: | Some of the exposures didn't have very good tracking, but I included them in the final image anyway to reduce noise levels - hence the slightly oval stars. No darks, no flats, LX200 with 3.3FR running at (I guess around f/5 I've not checked it) | This is a colourised version of the image. I took my webcam image of M27 from 10 Sept 2002, resized it and applied it as a colour layer to the SXV image. Turned out better than I thought! |
